Cretin-Derham Hall Alpine Ski Team is a co-ed sport. Most of the racing occurs in January, due to accumulated snow.

Dry land training at CDH occurs the first month of practice. Transportation for practices is the responsibility of each individual. Carpooling between team members and families is common. School bus transportation is provided to and from meets.
