Sophomores play CCM High Performance hockey.

Three CDH sophomore varsity hockey players — Matt Gleason, Nick Davison, and Preston Thelemann  — were nominated by their coaches to play in the CCM High Performance Hockey Spring Festival, April 13-15, 2018, representing MN Hockey B17, Section 6.

The team came back from a three-goal deficit on Saturday to win in overtime. Gleason had the assist on the game-winning goal.

The Section 6 team easily beat the Section 5 team on Sunday by a score of 13-1. Gleason also had an assist in that game.

The purpose of the CCM High Performance Program is to identify, train, educate, and evaluate Minnesota’s best hockey players. The competition throughout the program gives each player the opportunity to measure themselves against others in his age group, gain knowledge about his development, and to be exposed to outstanding coaching.
