The Cretin-Derham Hall Girls Basketball Team finished their 2017-18 season with a record of 18-6 and the 4AAAA Consolation Trophy. 

The team fought hard to beat Woodbury 65-64 for the Class 4AAAA Section title and advance to the State Tournament.

They faced Roseville in the quarterfinal round of the State Tournament, but, despite winning two games against them in the regular season, CDH lost 48-56.

Their hard work paid off and they rallied back during the consolation round to win two straight — 72-61 over Forest Lake, and 64-57 over Maple Grove for the 4th place trophy.  Frannie Hottinger '19 was named to the All-Tournament team.

Congratulations to the girls for earning an Academic All-State Gold Award with a combined GPA of 3.81.
