Finals on Saturday at Hamline  University starting at 9AM.

Here are the results from Prelims:
Brieasha Hobbs won her 400m prelim in 57.03 (2nd overall), 200m prelim in 24.76 (3rd overall) and anchored the 4 x 400 in 3:59. 06 (3rd over-all).  The rest of the 4 x 400 was made up of Jenna Conzemius, Althea Gutzmann, and Kate Kolar.  Tomorrow in finals, Lucia Frias- Wackman will run in place of Jenna Conzemius who is in Washington D.C. for an internship.   All of the Girls have earned All-State Honors.

The boys relay team had a strong section finish, but had an error in the handoff at prelims. In the 4 x 200, they were unable to complete the second exchange in the zone. Participants were James Williams, Charlie Dennis, John Thuente, and Jaylen Newton.

In the 200m dash,  sophomore James Williams gave it everything he had and was  leading after 100m, but fell behind a pack of strong runners in the second 100 finishing in the second half of the heat.
