Meet Rob Bollinger: Football Coach, VP for Advancement

Our faculty are dedicated to our students! Many of them don't only teach - they also coach or advise clubs as well. 

To celebrate our coaches who also teach or are staff at CDH, we're sharing a Q&A with each of them over the next few months! Today, meet Rob Bollinger, Football Coach and VP for Advancement.

Did you participate in the sport you coach as a student-athlete? 
Yes, in both high school and college.

What made you decide to coach? 
When I came to CDH in 2016 I was given the opportunity to join the Raider Football coaching staff and was excited to be part of it.

How long have you been coaching here at CDH?
The past five football seasons.

What do you love about coaching?
Working with ninth-grade student-athletes to teach the value of being a part of team.

How does your experience as a coach improve your work?
You learn the value of teamwork in achieving team goals and successful projects.

How does your experience in Advancement improve your coaching?
You learn to be well organized and strategic in day to day practices as well as games.

Do you have any favorite memories from your time coaching?
I love watching the team come together and work hard for a common goal...and being successful as a team.
