The Minnesota Tennis Coaches’ Association annually recognizes senior tennis players who have also excelled in the classroom. Players must have a non-weighted cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.75 or higher to qualify. This year the following seniors, listed alphabetically, received this highly coveted award:

Charlotte Budge
Ellie Keogan
Meghan McSherry
Margaret Musolf
Laura Seifert

These seniors highlight the best of what high school student-athletes can achieve. These young women have distinguished themselves both on the tennis court and in the classroom.  Not only are they great players and students, they are amazing role models. Their commitment to athletics and academics shows younger players/students how to balance and prioritize many endeavors. Their performance, effort and example will be missed. Congratulations on being recognized as among the best student/athletes in Minnesota girls’ tennis.
