Cretin-Derham Hall is proud to support the Wounded Warrior Amputee Football Team (WWAFT) vs. the NFL Alumni Game of Honor on Wednesday, January 31 at Concordia University.

For the first time, this annual Pre-Super Bowl Charity Flag Football Game will be played in the Twin Cities! The WWAFTeam is composed of Iraq & Afghanistan conflict amputees and their
sole mission is to show everyone that “the loss of a limb doesn’t mean the end of an active life.”

  • Our JROTC Honor/Color Guard will participate in the opening ceremonies.
  • Members of our football team will help with pre-game warm-up and lead the WWAFT onto the field at game time.
  • Our Dance Team will perform during the game.
  • CDH Students & Parents attendance is free!

More than 40 Vikings & NFL stars will compete in the game, including Hall-of-Famers Chris Doleman & Carl Eller, Vietnam veteran & 4 time Super Bowl Steeler champion Rocky Bleier, Rich Gannon, Ron Jaworski, and Chuck Foreman.
